Wagyu sirloin and sea scallops

Tempest Seafood Restaurant and Teppanyaki Grill

It’s New Year’s Eve and I took my parents and Ms18 to Tempest Seafood Restaurant and Teppanyaki Grill in Scarborough for lunch.

This is the first time in about four visits here that I didn’t have a seafood platter.

Australian Wagyu beef

Instead I went with the Wagyu sirloin (cooked medium rare) with caramelised onion, mushroom, bok choi, potato mash, jus, and sea scallops.

It was a delicious combination of seafood and beef. Highly recommended.
