Thankfully it’s Friday. I had a couple of pork rashers in the refrigerator and some salad stuff.

Ingredients
- Pork rashers
- Cos lettuce
- Spring onions
- Fennel
- Red onion
- Radish
- Tomatoes
- Lemon juice
- Olive oil

Instructions
- Heat up an oven to 200 °C.
- Put the pork rashers in the oven for 45 minutes.
- Put all the salad stuff together and make a dressing with lemon juice and olive oil.
- When the pork is cooked, cut into cubes.
- Plate up and serve.
