It’s Easter Monday and I worked from home today.

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Bake the salmon in an oven at 200 °C for 15 minutes.
  • Reheat the sous vide duck and curry red cabbage in a frying pan on low heat.
  • Eat with chopsticks.
