It’s Easter Monday and I worked from home today.

Ingredients
- Salmon
- Leftover sous vide duck breast and curry red cabbage from last night
Instructions
- Bake the salmon in an oven at 200 °C for 15 minutes.
- Reheat the sous vide duck and curry red cabbage in a frying pan on low heat.
- Eat with chopsticks.
