It’s Anzac day. I did my grocery shopping in the afternoon and spied some steak and prawns and thought “I’ll have that for dinner”.

Ingredients
- Steak
- Prawns
- Coleslaw
- Coleslaw dressing
- Butter
- Iodised salt
- Black peppercorns
Instructions
- Season the steak with salt and put it into an oven set to 40 °C for about 30 minutes.
- Quickly pan-fry the steak in a frying pan with butter.
- Pan-fry the prawns in the leftover butter used to cook the steak.
- Pour the burnt butter over the steak and prawns.
- Serve with coleslaw.
