- Frozen cauliflower
- Frozen broccoli
- Kale sprouts
- Balsamic glaze
- Queensland nut oil
- Iodised salt
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- Put some frozen cauliflower and broccoli on a tray and drizzle on some oil and season with salt.
- Put the tray in an oven for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, add some kale sprouts and a piece of salmon on the baking sheet and cook for 15 minutes in the oven.
