It may not look that flash but this was delicious and quick.

Ingredients

  • Red cabbage
  • Chicken thigh and drumstick
  • Hoisin sauce
  • Black bean sauce
  • Sesame oil
  • Chicken stock

Instructions

  1. Slice ¼ red cabbage and put it into the cooking vessel of the pressure cooker.
  2. Put the chicken into the cooking vessel of the pressure cooker.
  3. Shake in some hoisin and black bean sauce as well as some sesame oil.
  4. Add a cup of chicken stock.
  5. Turn on the pressure cooker and set it for fifteen (15) minutes.
  6. With a slotted spoon transfer the cabbage and pork to a bowl.
  7. Eat with chopsticks and a spoon.
