KFC, salad and a spider

Dear Readers,

On Christmas eve, I bought a 21-piece bucket from my local KFC. It appears KFC no longer use conical buckets for the 21 pieces. Instead, I was given two rectangular prism boxes of chicken.

You may have seen I used the breast pieces in a KFC Casserole for Christmas lunch.

The salad was simply lettuce leaves, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber, and some pomegranate arils. I dressed the salad with some olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

I can’t remember the last time I enjoyed a spider. I made mine with creaming soda and some fresh Kensington Pride mango.
