- Butter
- Eggs — 2
- Pork rashers — 2
Equipment
- Air fryer
- Frypan
Instructions
- Dry the rashers on a rack overnight (uncovered) in the refrigerator.
- Cook the rashers in the air fryer for 20 minutes at 180 °C.
- Beat the eggs and add a little salt.
- Melt butter in the frypan.
- Pour the egg mixture into the butter and gently stir until the eggs set.
- Slide the eggs out onto a plate.
- Place the pork rashers on the plate next to the eggs.
