Eggs and pork

Breakfast for dinner!

Ingredients

  • Butter
  • Eggs — 2
  • Pork rashers — 2

Equipment

  • Air fryer
  • Frypan

Instructions

  1. Dry the rashers on a rack overnight (uncovered) in the refrigerator.
  2. Cook the rashers in the air fryer for 20 minutes at 180 °C.
  3. Beat the eggs and add a little salt.
  4. Melt butter in the frypan.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into the butter and gently stir until the eggs set.
  6. Slide the eggs out onto a plate.
  7. Place the pork rashers on the plate next to the eggs.
