Yesterday I went to Baa Moo Oink and bought a couple of steaks. One was this bone-in ribeye.
Ingredients
- Bone-in ribeye steak
- Salt
Equipment
- Gas torch
- Wireless thermometer
- Oven
Instructions
- Unwrap the steak and place it on a rack in the refrigerator overnight.
- Sear the surface of the steak with a gas torch.
- Cook in an oven at 120 °C until the internal temperature reaches 58 °C.
- Allow the meat to rest for 5 minutes.
- Slice the steak and enjoy with flaky salt.
