Saturday breakfast. Steamed egg and wilted spinach.
This is my go to breakfast most days of the week. This dish is protein rich and low in carbohydrates. You can also see I like my Nespresso™ coffee too.

Friday tea. Corned beef and frozen vegetables.
Corned beef, Black beans, Capsicum, Cheese, Corn, Cream, Dijon mustard, Peanuts, Peas, Queensland nuts, Tomatoes, and Worcestershire sauce all mixed together for tea tonight.

My regular recipe blog is still at Yummy Lummy. That blog will remain. I intend to post daily updates on what I’ve eaten here. This blog is not about search engine optimisation, it’s about sharing. I’ll use a link from this blog and post it to Twitter and Facebook.

I have a regular food blog over at Yummy Lummy. Someone or some people reported it to Facebook as being abusive and inappropriate, so Facebook has banned that website on Facebook. I decided rather than try to argue with Facebook, I’d start another blog for day to day posts and use it to post to Facebook.
