Steamed egg, melted cheese, and wilted spinach

So like I showed you yesterday, the whole steamed egg and wilted spinach is a thing with me.

This morning, I made a little mound of cheese on the spinach on which to nest my egg.

I broke the yolk deliberately before shooting the photograph so you can appreciate the oozy goodness of the yolk porn.

What did you have for breakfast today?

Here’s a link to Random Yummy Season 1 Episode 001.

Unsweetened yoghurt with blueberries and raspberries

As much as I would like a big bowl of ice cream, I make do with unsweetened yoghurt and fruit.

Tonight I added fresh blueberries and raspberries.

This is my go to breakfast most days of the week. This dish is protein rich and low in carbohydrates. You can also see I like my Nespresso™ coffee too.

My First Blog Post

G’day there. I’m starting a new blog for random food stuff.

My regular recipe blog is still at Yummy Lummy. That blog will remain. I intend to post daily updates on what I’ve eaten here. This blog is not about search engine optimisation, it’s about sharing. I’ll use a link from this blog and post it to Twitter and Facebook.

Many posts will have a video link to a YouTube channel where I post stuff like my evening meals.
