Pavlova and coffee
Growing up in Brisbane, Mum would almost always make a pavlova for Christmas. My standard Boxing Day breakfast was leftover pavlova. I know that sounds weird because who would have leftover pavlova. The thing is we would anticipate Boxing Day breakfast so we would save some.
I wasn’t with my family for Christmas 2019 but I’m here in Brisbane now. Mum made a pavlova yesterday and I made sure there was some left for today’s breakfast.
Saturday breakfast. Steamed egg and wilted spinach.
This is my go to breakfast most days of the week. This dish is protein rich and low in carbohydrates. You can also see I like my Nespresso™ coffee too.
