I’m having a vegetarian night. No meat. In fact no meat today at all.

I had these potato gems in the oven within minutes of getting home from work.

I ate them with freshly ground iodised salt and black peppercorns (ground in my mortar with my big heavy pestle).

Eaten with chopsticks 🥢 in support of Chinese Australians feeling oppressed because people don’t understand the biology of communicable respiratory infections and because business is down because people think everyone who looks Chinese is infected with SARS-COV-2 and has COVID-19.
