Leftover brisket and gravy roll

Hello Readers,

Last night I shared a post about a brisket I cooked for New Year’s Eve.

This simple sandwich consisted of the following:

  • White sourdough roll
  • Butter
  • Lettuce
  • Basil
  • Brisket
  • Gravy

Putting it together was easy

  1. Slice the roll in half and toast the cut surfaces.
  2. Spread butter onto the toasted surfaces of the roll.
  3. Lay down some lettuce leaves.
  4. Slice some brisket and lay it onto the lettuce leaves.
  5. Heat the leftover gravy using microwave radiation.
  6. Drizzle some hot gravy over the meat.
  7. Add some basil leaves.
  8. Close the roll, slice it, and then devour it.
