Pressure cooker pork belly and red cabbage with hoisin and black bean sauces.

It may not look that flash but this was delicious and quick.

Ingredients

  • Red cabbage
  • Pork belly
  • Hoisin sauce
  • Black bean sauce
  • Chicken stock

Instructions

  1. Slice ¼ red cabbage and put it into the cooking vessel of the pressure cooker.
  2. Dice the strip of pork belly and put it into the cooking vessel of the pressure cooker.
  3. Shake in some hoisin and black bean sauce.
  4. Add a cup of chicken stock.
  5. Turn on the pressure cooker and set it for fifteen (15) minutes.
  6. With a slotted spoon transfer the cabbage and pork to a bowl.
  7. Eat with chopsticks and a spoon.
